CUSCO, Peru — Princess Kako, the second daughter of Crown Prince Akishino and Crown Princess Kiko, visited the Sacsayhuaman fortress, about two kilometers from Cusco, Peru, on Sunday morning during her visit to the country. China conducted a multiple-day naval exercise in the South China Sea as the Philippines held major drills with the United States and other allied nations.
